Event Table
The Event Table for all Heist locations:

Whilst locations share the same events, the base chances of these outcomes vary between the different risk profile locations.
Mechanics:
The Heist mechanic works in 15-minute epochs. At the start of each epoch, your Event Table is updated to reflect predetermined event chances. These %s are influenced by; time spent, stats level, and items equipped. Your COCO emissions are also rebalanced each epoch, reflecting any changes in users at the location. If more users join in the next epoch, your earnings for that epoch decrease as $COCO is being shared between more players. The opposite is also true if fewer users are at the location in the following epoch. This example displays how differing amounts of users at locations effects token emissions;
Epoch 1: 166,666 $COCO shared between Chimps & Orangutans 5000 users staked at a medium-risk location Each user earns 33.3 tokens per 15 minute epoch (133.3/hour)
Epoch 2: 166,666 $COCO shared between Chimps & Orangutans 5250 users staked at a location Each user earns 31.7 tokens per 15 minute epoch (126.9/hour)
This example displays how event chances change as epochs pass (Medium Risk zone example);
Epoch 1: 10x: 2% 5x: 3% 2x: 10% Expected: 45% Fumbled: 39.9240% Confiscation: 0.0684% Arrested: 0.0076% Rekt: 0%
Epoch 670: 10x: 2% 5x: 3% 2x: 10% Expected: 45% Fumbled: 0.0913% Confiscation: 34.9232% Arrested: 4.9855 % Rekt: 0%
Heists will stop accruing emissions after 7 days.
Users will have to theorize optimal locations, factoring in the varying event tables and number of Chimps, Orangutans, and Gorillas at the location.
